  I've had home owners insurance with this company for years. My mortgage was escrowed and always paid. I get a notice my policy was cancelled. After several messages were left (each took days for a returned call. And required a follow-up because no one could answer my question), I find the reason for cancellation was due to a returned piece of mail. The envelope was mailed to the house that's insured. I never received it. It seems a phone call would be sufficient but no, they just cancel it. when I tried to reinstate the policy I was told they would only do it if I switched everything (including my cars) to their company.

  I have had coverage with CFM for years. They have always been here for me when I needed them and are easy to work with. Unfortunately, with insurance companies, no one rates when they have a great experience, but love to sound off when they have a negative experience.
